I'm still trying to figure out exactly which shock I am going to buy ( http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?t=262274 ), but if I decide on the Maguras, I need to know where I can buy them. I contacted three of the LBS' on Magura's dealer list and none of them stock the product. Two of them said they don't sell the product anymore and the other would rather sell me a Manitou or Fox than special order the Magura. Are there any online etailers?

I may end up with a Rockshox just because I can't find a place to buy the Maguras.

The only place i've seen them sold is on ebay. This guys http://cgi.ebay.com/BRAND-NEW-MAGUR...ryZ36135QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem been selling them for quite awhile. I don't know if he has other models, or would order in a specific model for you, but you could always ask.
