Two things to be aware of, the skinny Race Kings don't have the grip of the 2.2 's and the UST Race Kings aren't Black Chili rubber, so they don't have the grip of the Supersonic/WC Black Chili version.

From the Conti UK website...

Available in two widths of 2.0" & 2.2", large volume casing combined with a low profile tread pattern and Black Chili compound are just what ensures a head start on fast paced technical world cup tracks and marathon trails.

ProTection and wire/fold variants are also available (non Black Chili), along with 29" and UST versions which will be available in 2009.

From the German Conti website... OK it's in German, but you can tell that only one of the series is listed with Black Chili rubber.

* Race King Supersonic: 3 Lagen/ 180tpi/ faltbar/ Black Chili Compound
* Race King ProTection: 3 Lagen/ 180tpi/ faltbar
* Race King UST-Tubeless: 3 Lagen/ 330tpi/ faltbar
* Race King: 3 Lagen/ 84 tpi/ faltbar und Draht
* Race King 29inch: 3 Lagen/ 180tpi/ faltbar

I have a 2.0 supersonic black chilly. Ran it on back for about 50 miles with a 2.2 on front. It wasnt as good so I ordered another 2.2. They came from starbike. If you want to try a 2.0 I dont see a time when I will ever remount it. But if you care to I can make you a great deal on it.

I think Competitive in the us is starting to carry them.

Running 2.2 both front and rear is awesome, best combo for xc riding I have ridden in a long while.

Enjoy

hmm thanks for the info, maybe i will keep looking ....

what about
http://www.pricepoint.com/detail/15...on-Python-New-Gen-UST-Tubeless-Light-Tire.htm

Im really looking for something similar to my Conti Flows which I love in the terrain i ride in. They just seem a bit heavy at 2.3 and 730g each.... I think it has to do with the paddle thread it has which helps in are dry dirt / sandy conditions...

So any suggestions for a similar tire or should i just stick with the Conti Flow....
