I have a Fox DHX Air 5.0 that's been on my bike for at least 3 years, and maybe four. When do you generally send them in for service? It seems to be working okay, but then again, the ride quality could have deteriorated so gradually that I wouldn't know it. It's taken a bit of a beating: I'm over 200 lbs, and am not the smoothest rider out there.

Where should I send it to? PUSH Industries, or Fox, or is there another company to consider?

Is the shock making any sucking sound on the rebound stroke??
If it is then maybe a rebuild is needed..
if not not then only a air sleeve rebuild might be all that's needed..$10 kit form Push or LBS! :thumbsup:

edit: you should probably service or at least add lube to the air can once a year anyway!
