I want to order the New Specialized 29er (RockHopper w/Disk) when are they going to make the 2008 models availble to the public.

RockHopper comp disc 29er

My local shop ordered the entire line of Specialzied 29ers, holding a RockHopper comp 23" for me. I was told it would be in sometime in August.

I went to my local Spec concept dealer's 1yr anniversary last weekend and the Spec Rep. told me they would be at that shop by Aug 10. They didn't have any 29er's in their demo van. That seemed really weird.

2008 Rockhopper Comp 29r

Anyone know if the specs are the same as the 2008 Rockhopper Comp, I saw one photo that showed the 29r with an A1 frame, but my bike shop is saying it comes with an M4. I know that fork is a little better version of the Tora.
