I need to order a rim, spokes & nipples to rebuild a wheel. All DT Swiss parts. Where's the best place to order for small quantities (in the US)?

And, while I have your attention...

Three different spoke length calculators gave me spoke lengths ranging from 260-261mm (with two of them giving 260.5mm for one side and 260.6mm for the other). (It's a Chris King SS hub & 26" rim.) Am I good just buying all 260mm spokes?

Thanks.

I have bought spokes for the last four sets of wheels I built from Yojimbo's Garage. He cuts and threads spokes to order if that is important to you. I used Sapim on prior wheel sets, but went with DT Swiss Champions on the set I built up last Spring. He has an Ebay store, but has been having issues with it. However a quick Google search will bring up info on his bike shop in Chicago and a POC.

Always round up IME. If the numbers were 260.0 and 260.2, ok then, but since you are already halfway to 261, 261 is a no-brainer IMO.

There are several sells on Ebay that will cut spokes to your length, without costing an arm and a leg. Yojimbo's Garage is one of them that I've used many times.

Following….but it seems DT Swiss components are hard to come by these days from online retailers/LBS.
Good call. All I wanted was a DT Swiss 533d 26" rim, and I couldn't find one in stock anywhere. However...

I did find a discontinued 15x100 TA conversion kit for my old Chris King ISO SD front hub. So now I can build a matching set (instead of my original plan to only build the rear), which means using different rims isn't a problem.

I decided to go with Sun Ringle Inferno 29 26" rims. They're similar very similar to the 533d (construction, weight, price) but welded. Hopefully they'll hold up as well on my DJ.

Late to the party, I have used Wheelbuilder.com before with good success. I'm in the process of building up a wheel set and it looks like their Sapim stuff is allocated for new complete wheel builds.

I went with BikeHubStore.com instead as they had what I needed, I have used them before.

I screwed up my order at BHS and got really great customer service from them to sort it out so would definitely recommend.
