Got a buddy in town for the Laramie Enduro this weekend and he had a front wheel bearing seize up. Its an American Classic Laser Disc Lite hub, uses a 15267-2rs bearing. We're going to start calling the bike shops around hoping we can luck into finding some locally.

Anyone know of a bearing shop around the Denver metro area? Yellow page searches hasn't proved very fruitful thus far.

How many do you need?

I found the 15267 bearings hard to find.

I have 4 in my garage that are slated for an older american classic wheel rebuild. Since that's a few weeks away I could let 2 of them go for the cost of ordering 2 more plus shipping.

These are the Enduro-MAX bearings that they are selling at Universal Cycles.

I can only sacrifice 2 as that's all that Universal has in stock right now to replenish me.

After checking shipping cost it looks like 2 for $29 or 1 for $19.

I'm out of town for work at the moment, but I'll be back Thursday night. Let me know if you're interested. I might be taking most Friday off too, so I should be around.

I'm in the Morrison/Littleton area.

Would only need 2. We'll look around and see if we can't find some, but if we can't I'd definitely take you up on your offer. I don't think his existing bearings will make the 70 miles, so he'd certainly appreciate it.

I'll post back later today when we check out the area to see if we can find some at a shop.

Thanks for the help everyone.

next time save some coin and order from Enduro: http://www.enduroforkseals.com/id213.html
Kinda strange that you can only get the ABEC-3 15267 bearing from Enduro direct, but you can get the Enduro MAX bearing through Universal. Might have to call Enduro directly to inquire about the MAX and get a price.

Update - SCORE!

Vecchios in Boulder had two in stock, wheel is back up and running smoothly. Definitely will recommend to my buddy to buy some to have on hand for next time.

Thanks for the help and the offers.

Glad you found some. I'll have to keep Vecchios in mind if I have another need in the future as well.
