My diet is a high protein diet. I cook all my own food in large portions and put it into tupperwear for later

Fish - salmon, tuna, pollock
Eggs
Mixed veggies and fruit 2-3 meals a day
Whole wheat to get my carbs
Good multi vitiamin.
