This has probably already been posted this summer, but what the hell is up with the weather? Seriously, I'm in Michigan, and I can't remember the last summer it rained and was as cold as it is this summer. I mean, the high today is 66, and it is already raining! This is ridiculous. Is weather $hitty everywhere? Or am I just screwed in Michigan? Time to go to work :)

Pretty crappy, but beats the heat

No, it is not just you. Minnesota is sucking bad for weather this year also. I"ll see your high of 66 and lower it for our high of 55 yesterday. Brrrr. No matter what, it does beat 104 in the shade and 99% humidity :) - Roll on!

Someone is complaining about it being a cool summer? Please. If you like riding hard and then feeling swollen for the next few days instead of a day or two, then fine. If you like riding when it feels like Cambodia, fine.

We have not broken 90 in my part of NY. I'm happy, but I'm also a winter person, so anything above 50 is warm for me. I like it cooooolllldddd. Like 10-20 degrees cold. That's why I started this thread:

I also hate the HOT HUMID weather..here in Philly thats what summer is ya don't get one with out the other..but to make it even worse---it has rained SOOOooo much this summer that our local trail here has so much damage that it seems like we got 10 years of erosion in a few weeks..it looks like earthquake damage in some parts...I love riding when its like 50 or so..I ride in the winter also.. have no problem goin out when its like 25...ppl that think 40 or 50 is cold have no idea what cold really is

Been crappy in ND as well

I think that we had one week in July when the temps were consistatly in the 80's. For the highs. Yesterdays high was around 55 as well. And we have had lots of rain too. All this week it has done nothing but rain. If it weren't for commuting I would have no mileage at all this week.

I agree with the trail erosion thing. Many of the trails around here are getting trashed. It also sucks getting home at 6, rushing to get out, and it starts pouring when you get to the trail. Just venting about the weather though. . . But yeah, 10-20 degrees is to f---ing cold for me to go riding.
