i haven't had any problems form mine. i have heard of problems wiht the read hub though. quality control wiht azonic seems to be hit or miss.

I've been running an outlaw on the front of my DH bike for about a year without a problem.

anyone got any idea on the weight of the rim alone?

I just bought my second pair for my 7Point. I've been running a pair on my hardtail and beat the hell out of them urban riding for almost a year. They have survived numerous cases, 5-6' drops to flat concrete, and a million screw ups without a single flat spot or dent. I have trued them twice in that year. Just basic maintenance tensioning. They still manage to be really light and stiff. I think the hubs are awesome. I don't see how they could put a nice cartridge bearing hubset on a wheelset and still make them cheap. I'll probably buy them again in the future
