:madman: I see people getting there flow yellow frames and I ordered mine in august. I hear and see alot of rumors about whats going on so hopefully I get some straight answers from someone? I'm now being told these frames are preorder from the specialized that these people are getting right now! I'm thinking about cancelling my order I have a race and march and now there telling me it's the end of feb or march. I was told Dec. I might have to go with the trek gary fisher collection!

I wouldn't complain had I not been given the date dec. Plus the fact that I start my racing series in march. That wont give me any time to make sure that its dialed in plus getting the right fit and stem that I will order as soon as I'm sure it good fit. I'm going to use the ec90 easton stem. Carbon all the way. I've waited 3years to buy my race bike. I've not had good luck with full suspension bikes. I've gone back to hard tails and now this makes me wonder if I should pull out. Stick to the hard tails...

Not yet. Wheels are being built by No Tubes as we speak. Actually going out of town on Thursday so I won't see them until late next week. We have 12" of snow on the ground so I won't be able to give my impressions until the spring. With it being significantly stiffer and lighter than my 2010 Epic Marathon 29er I'm assuming I'll love it.

That sucks... I ordered mine in October and recieved it two weeks ago. Something tells me it might be at your shop level. I don't see why you wouldn't have it by now. Best of luck, hope you find one soon!

I just got the '11S-works 29er back around Christmas and finally got to ride it yesterday for the first time. I broke my collarbone on Dec.12, had surgery the 19th, and have been letting it heal ever since. If all goes well, I should get full release next wed.... 4 days before our first race of the Texas Championship Series. The bike rides amazing from what I could get out of it. My legs and lungs are a bit behind after the long recovery. I plan on sneaking in a few more rides before racing on the 27th. Let me know how things go with the frame.

Hey thanks everyone, I went to the shop this morning to take some action with my order and I walked in and was told happy valentines day the frame was here!! Thanks I ride and everyone else that has input and tried to help. I really thank all you guys for the help. The wait is finally over.......Yaaaaaaaaaaa...... Now I just have to wait for my direct mt. derailer and post for the 6" rotor.... Then I will be able to give some real input on how it rides I have ridden everything just about...I've been waiting for my next bike for 3yrs....

I went to shop today to see whats up with the couple of parts I've been waiting for. I went back into the room and there it was built up, except for the rear brake hanging and the from derailer waiting on the post mounts for the 160 rotor and xx front derailer. Its 70 degrees in NC today I'm dying not being able to throw my leg over it and go!
Just one more week and the wait is over. It looks awsome if it rides half as good as it looks. I will almost be in heaven. I did demo the marathon thats why I chose this bike. It felt like the best 29er I ridden and I've ridden alot. I can't wait to post the pictures, weight and build!!!!

Had our grand opening of a second location bike store last night. Talked with the shop guys and our Sram order is in Colorado! Should mean we'll have it early next week. Let the build begin!

Yes that's what my shop told me they recieved the email with only 3 left. They put the order in and there where none left. Thank god. I would have gone postal over it because I told them to order it over a month a go. Its funny how they make things before parts are even made....
I cant wait but right now I'm a little under the weather anyways. If you ever want to ride in the piscah, NC just let me know I have a extra room. I will be racing the SERC series this year. I did race in the world cup in NY last year that was awsome to be able to witness our own willow home girl win second place in the world.:thumbsup:
