My son and I were shuttled up to the butte and we rode down it in 2005, I thought it was a good trail. No one ever mentions it. I'm curious. You can see Deception Butte from a lot of places around Oakridge. We really loved the trail and the views from the edge of the Butte.

I've never been back.........anyone else been up there recently or pastly?

ML & I hiked it a few months back from bottom up and it was in good shape then, snow at the top but that was Jan.

It has typically been very popular with hikers, so I think people tend to go elsewhere.

Would like to get up there to ride it, if you go let us know.
