I agree, been using one for about a year, bullet proof, yet still farily light, not the lightest, but definitely the toughest.

I like the Thomson design for a two bolt.

As for a single bolt type, I've been happy with my cheapie Weyless one for $19. Reletively light and easy on the wallet. I just think the name Weyless is dumb, I rather it just say Supergo.

Jenson has Tahoma seat post on sale for $5.
It's two bolt so ajustment range is pretty good.
I have no complaints with it, except I paid $10.
