Whats a 2006 Fisher 293 frame and headset worth?

I'm looking to swap out the full suspension frame for a hardtail frame, something like a Niner SIR. I have no idea what to ask for the frame. Has two rides on it and there isn't a mark in it. Any idea what it's worth?

Start at 50% of MSRP and then state your arguments as to why it's worth more - newer, limited use, etc.

What size frame is it? I am in the mood for full squishy. I prefer to piece together than to buy a complete bike.
