Because i'm on the way of purchasing it (to taste Ti feeling)

No tubes are round, they are all complex-ovalized and no disk mount but S-bent rear triangle.

With a pic alone it is tough to tell. What is the serial number of that bike? It should be located on the bottomside of the bottom bracket. With the serial number I can tell you year and model.

Looks like my bike!

Assuming its 3/2.5 Ti. and the tubes have been ovalized (top tube larger diameter at head tube junction, down tube larger at BB junction) my guess is it is a 1996ish Ocoee. It sold for about $1800 bucks for the frame new.

Mine is as good as the day I bought it, totally worth buying used assuming you get a reasonable price.

That is actually not a Litespeed serial number and after having an engineer look closer at the frame he told me that this is certainly not a Litespeed frame. The chainstay comes in way too low below the dropout and will cause a lot of derailleur noises.

Don't buy this frame.

Doooohhh!

Wow, it fooled me and I own one. The stops are all in the same locations and it looks like the geometry is similar.

I geuss I shouldn't feel too bad because it took an enginneer to tell the difference.

Upon closer inspection, the tubes look different where they meet the dropouts and the dropout is too large. The tube is supposed to be capped by a "bullet" where it meeting the dropout.

Interesting fake.
