Hi,
I have on order a new Santa Cruz Juliana Dxc which should be coming into my LBS within 2 weeks. I read somewhere that most new bikes comes w/ tools and accessories and sometimes the LBS don't give or forget to give the owner the tools and accessories.

Could someone tell me what tools, accessories I should make sure I get before walking out the door? Do SC's bike come w/ shock pump, allen wrenches, accessories, etc...?

Should come with a shock pump and chainstay protector(lizard skin)and that's about it.

I also got a grease gun for the lower links.

i got grease gun with one filling, Fox shock pump, seatpost clamp and chainstay protector with my BLT2

No grease gun with a Juliana - no zerks

Thanks everyone! I'll make sure I get my shock pump. Upgraded the shock to a RP23...cost $116 extra. Cheaper than buying it afterward and then upgraded it later on down the road.

Well, after 10 days, no bike still. Called up the shop and they said another 6 weeks!!! So, going to cancel the order and start demoing some other bikes. Originally, we bought the SC Juliana because it wasa FS and TT was the smallest we could find at 521mm and doesn't cost more then $2.5K. Saw the Kona and Pivot, but I believe the Pivot Mach 4 was around $3K for the cheapest configuration....ouch!

Oh well, back to square one again.
