On my commuter I’m using plain old wire bead paselas at the mo. I like them on pavement and gravel. Muddy single track is scary but a fun challenge.
Used to use schwalbe marathon but they didn’t feel good or quick.

Thinking of treating Lucille 2 to some Rene Herse Humptulips (standard casing.) I'm taking some fun gravel and single track excursions that could use something with some tread and volume (while still being fast on pavement.) 26ers are back baby! ;)

Was using Continental Gatorskins. Pretty close to puncture proof. Did get pinch flat when i hit a rocky singletrack dh. Just switched to Pirelli Centurato Velos that are fatter for more cush, while still rolling a little faster!
