What Splined BB Spindle Width for a Motolite 09

HI. I'm going to put an XT splined BB on a 2009 Motolite. Anyone have a recomendation on what width will give the right Chainline?

Titus' site says 113mm but real world perspective would be appreciated.

Titus uses a 73 MM bottom bracket shell. Pull the instructions for XT cranks off the Shimano website and follow the instructions. It's pretty straight forward.
