That just seems silly to me though, can you imagine the leverage on that poor little crown?

so far, the only 8 inch single crown is the manitou travis. I'm sure the others will bring out their own soon enough.

you could just take a 888rc and move the stancions far enough down so its a single crown?hehe.............doesnt rockshox have that single crown comign out in a little bit thats 8inches with 40mm stanciosn or is it liek 7 inches. im not sure but u would have to wait a little

203mm is 8 inches. That's the only single crown with that much travel out. All the other ones are like 7" at most. It also has a 1.5" steerer tube.
