On tires with lettering, what side do you put the lettering? the drivers side or disk brake side???

Depends on tread orientation. Bi directional it does not matter.

The driver's side? On a bike? Oh, the drive side...never mind, just thinking out loud...

You'll probably find lettering, or at least most of it, will generally go on the drive side, but it's more about desired tread direction than style (be sure to line your lettering up with the valve hole, now). .

Many tires have the labels on both sides.

Never understood why some manufacturers only put colored lettering on one side only. Looks odd to me.
