I just changed the oil in my 2004 Marathon SL and set both positive pressures at 40 psi, and the negative at 120 psi ,which the recommended settings for my weight. My problem is that it is a really harsh ride (like, almost rigid) and and it seems to be a bit "sticky" at the top of the stroke. I really have to lean into it to get the fork to cycle, which makes me think there is too much pressure, yet these numbers are on the low side for what Marzocchi recommends. Any ideas, or am I missing a simple adjustment? FWIW, the fork was long overdue for an oil change, but was working ok before the oil change.
