I recently did the 2008 Crocodile Trophy race and there was a bike in the race that was carbon with a wish bone top tube. It was joined at the head stem and then parted about 6inches aft of that and two separate tubes went all the way to the rear wheel.

it was blue and white. I dont have a picture of it, hence I am aksing and wnating to learn more about it.

Sorry cant be more specific, hope there are enough clues

It was probably a Corratec 'Super Bow', these bikes have the same frame design as what you described. The 'Super Bow' frames are made from either aluminium or titanium but not carbon.
