I was wondering what the actual width of a 2.3 inch timberwolf race . Also are these tires any good for riding on rocks and in the forest. Will they be alot slower than a 2.1 wire bead weir wolf comp which is listed at 730 grams.

I run a 2.5, measured sidewall with is 2.71, xcelt front tire have not had a traction problem with it. Put a 2.35 Maxxis Minion front on my sons bike he said it is better then the wolf.

On a F219 rim my calipers say 2.42 at the knobs, 2.07 on the casing.
