i dont know either?

i have been wondering the same thing. from what can tell the weight is a little less on the pro version and the lockout is different too,,

i think one is internal and the other (pro) is not.....just a guess though....i am also looking at both of these forks too , to replace my wicked dart2

MX pro has external rebound adjustment and also has SSVF (Floating) damping. Where as the MX Comp as internal rebound adjustment (with a long hex shaped rod that is hard to figure out the first time, then becomes secend nature after that to use) and has SSV damping. Looks like both of them have ETA, so really the biggest difference is if you want internal or external rebound adjustment. Once you get it set you never touch it again, but it can be a small pain to get it set on the comp, unless you get it right the first time.
