Want light, go for a pre-MIPS road helmet. Lots of those are well under 250g. Want more prtection, though, and helmet weight goes way up.

Im asking for full face / convertible helmet. Are they all have same weight? I dont think so.

Bell Super Air R (640 grams) or Demon United FR Link (816 grams) are two that are light and convertible full face. Bell Super DH is a heavier convertible full face that meets DH certification.

I have been really happy with my Specialized Gambit. They claim it is 640 grams in a medium. It feels very light to me.

Find the one that fits you. Wear it.
I have some Specialized 2018 helmet...with a GoPro8 or Niterider 1800Boost attached. Helmet weight is moot...

I buy online for branded accessories.
From where I live. Its difficult to have access to those "proper helmet brands". I asked coz I bought a helmet from a local bikeshop (Cairbull brand) that feels heavier than a coconut. And that brand alone Im sure it's not the safest to wear. I guess that's the bad thing to buy what js available on shop right? No choice. So Im trying to search somewhere else like CRC.

I dont know about you, but If I will spend $200 to $300 on a helmet, it should look good and light. Safety is given for known brands.

BTW... If I ride DH, I dont care if the helmet is as heavy as coconut. But I ride 4-5 hours per bike day so if there's a lighter than usual option. I will buy it.

It's not convertible, but the Kali Interceptor 2.0 is probably one of the lightest and most ventilated full face helmets Invader 2.0

A five panel cap. Sometimes I turn it backwards for aero gains and so people know I'm badass.

Not being snarky--being realistic, especially given your previous posts you start.

I do too, but everyone's head is different. For example, some people can wear Fox helmets, but I can't. They push on the back of my head funny. I can wear TLDs, but their enduro helmet is too big. Other helmets might fit, and others don', but it can really depend on design changes, etc.

Take measurements too. That will help you with fit rather than assuming you'll always fit "medium."
All helmets achieve a minimum requirement of safety but some are safer than others. Virginia Tech in the USA tests helmets and ranks them. I trust their judgment. In the tropics you will be miserable with a full face helmet.

IXS Trigger MIPS is probably the best lightweight full face of the ones I’ve held/worn.

Yeah. It's also the recommendation of some of my friends.
