Yeah what he said. Because of the wide rims and cut outs you use the tube like you would a Stan's rim strip. The tube gets cut open down the seam in the middle of the outer diameter. Unlike a Stan's strip, the split tube gets pinched purposely between the tire bead and the rim and the excess gets trimmed off after the tire is installed. I used a 24" q tube for mine with a surly rim strip with bud and lou combo. The other way is with a surly strip and gorilla tape or just gorilla tape.You split the tube in the middle all the way around and install it overlapping the rim, install your tire, pump it up and trim off the excess.
