I am getting a new fork, it will be a Pike or a Domain and I would like to get it painted along with my frame. It's not like I am going to spray paint it myself, I will take it to a powder coater and get it done right. I have a few questions.

Will it void the warranty?
Will there be any warping caused by the painting process?
How hard is it to remove/install fork lowers?

you unbolt the two bolts/nuts on the bottom of the fork, tap the rods up and pull the legs off. takes about a minute.

it would probably void the warranty. forks arent meant to be super heated in powdercoating ovens.
