I ordered a 2006 GT Aggressor. It comes in next week. I am brand new to mountain biking and on a budget, especially since i have to buy two of everything ( one for me and one for my wife she got the womans version of the same bike). What do you guys think about GT and what do you think about the aggressor. I live in Killeen Texas becuase i am in the Army and i am stationed at Fort Hood Texas. If people know of places to ride around here let me know. But more importantly what about the bike. Pros and Cons

Your GT will be great. Always remember its not the machine its the motor!

I hope you and your wife have a great time riding your local hills. If you are looking for trails, I would suggest contacting your local forest service or buy a topo map of your area and see what trails are around.

the frame is grate will last you a life time but you will end up replacing components if you ride very much. but it is a good deal to get in and replace stuff as you can or when it brakes. for a little more money look at the trek 4500 to start with.
