What do you think about the Rock Shox Duke?

I was just curious to what you guys think of the Rock Shox Duke SL U-Turn. It's an older fork but do you think it's still good enough compared to the Tora's? I'm not even sure if it is an air/spring fork or just spring. I was considering putting this on a frame I'm trying to build up for someone else.

It is a coil spring fork with the Pure Delight damper system. U-Turn has remained the same so it is comparable to current U-Turn spring forks. The damper is not as nice as the Motion Control but it's as good as the TK Damper (though no lockout). The stanchions are 30mm so it's more flexible than the current Tora but also lighter.
