Santa left me a nice internally geared Shimano Alfine 8-speed hub laced to a DT Swiss hoop! Obviously he knew I've been thinking about making the current SS a 1X8, or even better - throw that sucker on a new Tranny!

The wife got a new Fox Float fork and some new hoops - Olympic Rims on American Classic Hubs, build by Dave Thomas at Speeddream - 1320 grams for the pair! Nice

What did Mr. Claus leave for you?

If you have a wife who loves riding enough to appreciate gifts like that, it's Christmas all year round :)

No gifts this year, but the Mojo is my gift to myself for surviving my first semester juggling law school and a full-time engineering job at the same time.

No bike presents this year. Instead I got a Blu-ray player and new Blu-ray disks. The kids and the Wife got lots of booty this year. My 4 year old son got a balance bike but that was about it for the family bike related stuff.

$250 gift certificate for NorCal Bikes and a pair of wool socks. I think I'm going to get a new pair of shoes. I was thinking about Sidi Dominator 5. Any opinions?
Take a look at the Specialized shoes. I love my pairs.
There was a thread in the Norcal forum last week on new shoes. Most responses were to try Specialized.
