Hmmm I was wondering if there will be any changes for the SB, the Quasi is gone correct? so that leaves the RX, SM.. the quasi could use coil or air rear shocks..the SM can do the same, but it is way heavier...could they make the SB more versitle than it is by changing it enough to allow both & keep the weight down...I think they can...any opinions..

I know, but am sworn to secrecy

Its that time of year again when all the new bits and pieces are coming out for the next year. Chris at Titus gave me an update as he was leaving for press camp with DT Swiss. I won't tell because chris is a friend of mine, but I will say this, I am considering selling both my Quasi Moto and my Racer X 100 for a 2005 switchblade..........

Well, without giving too much detail, it very well could be the ultimate trailbike for me. To me the only other viable option to the upcoming SB is a turner 5-spot and that decision will come to individual preferences. Currently, I have always thought my Quasi was the best trailbike, but didn't like the extra weight over my RX100. I love my RX100 but wanted more rear tire clearance and just a bit more travel. The new SB will give me both of these things. That said, so might another new Titus model..........Look for review soon as 6 different magazines saw the bike for the first time last week. I can't believe that no new pictures haven't leaked out yet.

Know anyone who needs a medium Quasi Moto or Racer X 100?
Okay, now I'm curious.

I have a major case of "bikeitis" so I may be in the market for a new trail bike for next season (I've been riding a Tracer for the past 5 years). It's gotta be a Horst Link 4 bar. I've been thinking that the Spot would be the right choice for me, but I may have to reconsider. I'm really interested in seeing what changes are in store for the Blade.
Is there a coil shock option for the 05 SB?
hmmm.....

Guess this will be available Jan. 2005? Just in time for my tax return!

So when you say lightweight, are you saying it will be 6 lbs. or less for the frame? Or will it still be around 6.5 like the 04? Gots to have answers for this new bikeitis! :D

Leak some photos out people!

Lightweight means lighter than my Quasi Moto which weighs 8.1lbs with an air rear shock.

I do not have any information on weight, but would guess it is very similar to the '03 SB
Will a 0-120mm IT travel fork...

be ok for the new SB as I need to upgrade my fork urgently .
