Just curious to see what's in other areas of the country than the east coast.

not sure what info you plan to get; you left out tons of choices and 500 people voting for "other" isn't of much use.
he he he. Cannondale is there. I don't see a problem.

Scalpel for the really bumpy hill country stuff. F2000sl HT on the way for the flat twisty stuff and poss short track.
I guess this was pointless considering how many brands can't be listed - only room for 10.
Seriously, no KHS? C'mon!!!

My thoughts exactly.
I like my Yeti

Not a true XC racer, but I love my Yeti 575 for 24 Hr racing and Enduro events.
yeti asr, they are pretty common here in colorado, but that may be because they are made in Golden. I've ridden a specialized FSR, cannondale (jekyll and scalpel) and now the Yeti. The scalpel is the best climbing bike I've ever had, the Yeti best on the downhills and pretty damn close climbing.
Giant.
Colorado

Used to have a scalpel. Now a Yeti ASR.
