My 2005 Weyless 67 in Army Green arrived last Friday. She is about 90% built. Just got some minor adjustments, and she'll be ready to role. This frame is quite different from last year's model, with the slanted top tube, and added gussets to the rear swingarm, and downtube. I'll post a review in a week or so after I have some time slapping her around.

hey!

Looks nice! happened to notice that your front rim is techno colored like my rhynolite XLs. I think thats what yours is. Do you know what discolored your rim? Everyone is always asking what happened to mine, maybe you can answer this riddle.
Thanks,
John

SCHWEET!!! One suggestion....fork bumpers. Get'em!!! ;)

[edit] Oh and one more thing, zip ties. You need some on that rear der. housing. Looks good though. See you Saturday?.?. :p
dude thats heaps better looking than the last one...

i like the green...and the shivers...:D
Yeah she looks good; the only thing that I don't get is the continued existence of that freaking big chain ring. What-the-heck-man, let go of the pacifier, step up, and get a bash guard.. :D

Oops, the first time I read that I thought it said "She is about 90% bullit" :p Sweet bike though, you think this one will crack in as many places ;) ;) :D

weird. mine are that way too and I never could figure out why. They actually look cool with my paint scheme (in a ghetto kinda way)
People ask me that same question all the time. I'm not exactly sure what happened. I don't leave my bike out in the sun or anything. So now it's a nice copper color.
It's the biggest one they make. It's a 20 inch. I'm 6'2, but I think the 20 would fit anyone from 6 feet on up.
I just got everything finished on it this morning. I don't know what to use for bumpers, because the only part of the bike that hits the frame is the top crown. That is why I put those small bumpers on the crown. I need something a little beefier though. Any suggestions? As for this Saturday, I'm still in. What time shall I meet you guys?

Pick up a set of Oury grips or any ole beefy grip, cut to fit and zip tie that baby on. You can even double up on them if need be. I think we're leaving @ 7:30, so we'll probably be there about 8:30. See ya there.
Word.

Are they now spec'ing Romic, or did you put that on?
This is the 3'rd generation of this frame that I've had, and I've used the same Romic on all three. They will come spec'd from Supergo, with a Swinger on them, as pictured below...Still no date as to when this bike will hit the store shelves.

Now, now Padre, you know what happened to the first frame, but just to satisfy curiosity, the 2003 had some design flaws, and unfortunately the rear swingarm cracked, and then the mainframe. The 2004 never gave me a problem, and this new 2005 looks to be a much more solid design than the previous two. Looks like I'm headed back to St. George again this weekend for more house hunting, so no Big Bear for me!
doh!
how's the rear end of the 05?

Amazingly stiff, like your grandfather on Viagra! Tonight will be her maiden voyage, so I'll be able to get a better feel for the performance. My Heckler is down for the count until my Z-1 arrives, so I'll be riding the big gun at Whiting tonight. Hope to see you there.
