i shop at these guys a lot as they are just down the coast in Portland. They often have killer deals and free shipping on assorted items. I cost compare with backcountry and amazon and often they win. Not always but most of the time. They are filling the niche that performance bike had quite adequately but with less chaff and more wheat, so to speak.

I ordered a pair of gloves from them, the gloves tore when I put them on and I contact them, they refunded my money on my word alone. No need to ship them the gloves or even a photo. I appreciate that kind of business.

In use BTD alot---quick shipping to CA----I find more road bike stuff on the component side than MTB---nice outfit never have had even a minor issue
