Yes, all the Sworks M2-M4 frames were made in Portland Oregon. The OG epics (carbon ti) were even made in a building Specialized owned.

I thought most, if not all, of their frames were made in Taiwan.
Maybe he confused "assembled in the US" with "made in the US."
