Weird wrenchscience results -- help...

So I did the wrenchscience program and measured everything as close as I could.

Height: 69"
Arm length: 22.5inches
Shoulder: 16inches
Sternum:57"
Inseam:34"
Weight:175
Feet:47euro

While the saddle height came out spot on at 30", the problem I'm having is that the overall reach came out to 24"(!)

Am I being dense and missing something here, because my Medium frame has an effective TT of 23", requiring a one inch stem to meet the suggestions. That is totally ridiculous.

I know this system is well regarded so I'd like to know where I'm screwing up

the system for my son, wife and myself and it has worked great. Example, in my case everything was ok but the stem was to long it recomended one 30mm shorter, all my back pains went away. When I measured my growing son, in november it gave me some adjustments for his race bike. I just measured him again and all the measurements were the same but the seat had to go up one cm. My son is growing a lot. Try getting a stem a little longer or do it over again do you have the right size frame.
Well, I'm 5'9" and am recommended by Turner to get a Medium frame (any smaller and the seat tube would be waaayy too short). It's odd that the wrenchscience calculator essentially recommends a 25mm stem for this frame. That can't be right -- but all the measurements I entered are correct.

Strange.
