Honestlt I dont what to tell you, other that I have used
the system for my son, wife and myself and it has worked great. Example, in my case everything was ok but the stem was to long it recomended one 30mm shorter, all my back pains went away. When I measured my growing son, in november it gave me some adjustments for his race bike. I just measured him again and all the measurements were the same but the seat had to go up one cm. My son is growing a lot. Try getting a stem a little longer or do it over again do you have the right size frame.robotkiller said:
