Removed my BB the other day and noticed quite a bit of water in there, which suprised me. Any suggestions on how to let the water drain?

I know there is a screw holding the cable guide under the BB. Is there a way to remove the screw to allow drainage but still attach the cable guide?

[Yes you can drill a 1/8 hole right next to the cable guide.]

Yeah. I was quite surprised about this fact too. The other day I was washing my bike and when I hung it on my Minoura bike stand (which holds the bike up vertically), lots of water poured out!
