Its been cold here in PA with all of this crazy wind but today the wind finally died down. Since it is so cold, should I warm up on my trainer before going out for a ride?

I wouldn't I think you'll find yourself getting cold once you're outside. Just dress properly and start your ride easy.

Ok so I got back and boy when I started riding, I felt so out of shape Then as my ride went on, I began to feel better and pick up the pace a little.
