It's a nice place. My buddy lives there. The workshop is brand spankin new.

It's up the hill from the creek, on the right before the Cobblestone dirt lot.

I'm not sure if a pump track will work on a hill.

They're looking for a bigger place. The house is pretty old as well, and it has been a lot of work. The new workshop is really nice, it's big.
