Hey all, I have been trying to sell my bullit for awhile now.
I am wondering if I am asking too much or if there are just not that many people in the market for this bike anymore??
Any thoughts out there?

I bought a similar setup to one you are selling for about 1600. It came with:

Marzocchi Shiver DC 190 7.5" travel fork
race face cranks and BB
MRP LRP chainguide
Hayes Purple DH 8" disc
Sun/Rigle Intense Mag 30 wheelset
Progressive 5th Element Rear Shock
Chris King Headset
Thompson Elite Seatpost
Easton Monkeylite bars
Maxxis Minion F/R

you should be able to get $1500
Funny, this is exactly what I was thinking before I looked through eveyone's replies. I've been looking at a couple of '04 Demo 9s which are practically brand new - one went for $1980, and the other is listed @ $2200. I'd say yours is worth between 12-1500.

I was trying to sell a brand new '03 Gemini a couple of months ago with a full XTR drivetrain and a very nice build, I wasn't getting offers @ $1100. It's a crummy time of year to sell a bike.

To be honest the max I would pay for that bike is $1,600. It has a great conponent spec. and all, but in comparrison to other deals, it just isn't exactly up to par. You shouldn't be dissapointed, but don't expect everything.

Parting it out may be a decent idea, but I always worry that you won't sell every component.

very nice bike....price is too high....I would say 1200 (fast sell) and 1500 if you were lucky......bikes are always higher in your mind because what you put into them, but in reality the price goes down

Ah yea I think you want to much. My buddy is selling his for a thousand and his is only a year old. No one really likes the single pivot on these bikes so you might be stuck with it. Sorry
i myself do not like single pivots, but i would buy a Bullit and deck it out like TNC...around 32 to 34 pounds...Bullits are great all around bikes...he definately won't be stuck with this bike if he lowers the price

maybe he should build this bike lower weight all the while using some parts to build a DH rig.........if that is what uiis ultimate goal is
