If you look on the black seal there should be a # there you can use to reference what you need for a replacement.
you will need a press to get them out and new ones back in.
other option is if they aren't that bad you can just clean them and re-grease.. take a pick or a pin and just softly peel back the seal from the outer edge, I use a thin oil over a degreaser to clean (I use tri-flow) hit it with a air blast then pack in grease. reassemble and go for a few rides. I usually go back and pack it with more grease after a few rides to make sure it's really loaded and everything is covered...
