What trails would you recommend I ride while I'm here?

Not looking for anything too intense, especially since I'm assuming there's lots of leaves covering the trails I don't want to be surprised by a hidden root or rock while I'm in unfamiliar territory. I ride a single speed, plus tire hardtail and more purely for fun and adventure and even then I'm mediocre at best. Intermediate or beginner flow

I'm not from that area, but recommendations for San Lee Bike Park usually follow when someone asks about that area. It was closed for a bit, but it has just reopened.
