Virginia Creeper Trail......
The kid and I went for a day ride up to Damascus to try the Virginia Creeper Trail..........17 miles of EZ, gentle down hill. We rolled for two hours....the trail is nice and shady/cool.....mostly runs along a river. Took two and half hours to get there at about 135 miles to Damascus.....a shuttle runs every hour and cost 13 bucks for each rider. Not the cheapest kind of riding out there but it's a great family destination and a good introduction to mountain biking for anyone just starting out. :thumbsup:
