If you're going to try and spam this forum, it's a good idea to choose a user name that is totally different from your eBay username. The hub requires a 48 spoke rim, and the only place I've seen 48 spoke rims is on 48 spoke BMX and low-rider wheels. I guess you could lace alternate holes to a 24 hole MTB rim if you could find one. It's worth whatever someone will pay for it. BTW the hub you link to in your eBay listing is a 36h.mtbmac said:

Wow, that's gotta be quite the shock, finding something on ebay and then realizing that you are the seller.
Back then, just about the only people using 48 spoke wheels were tandem riders. My guess would be that it was for some special, and now obsolete, front drum or disc tandem application.

OP, buy an MTBR ad, as is standard protocol. Also, peruse the stickies if you're curious as to what this is all about.

Threading is on the wrong side - given the Phil script - to be a drag-brake tandem hub, isn't it?
