65degF, perfect. Heading up for the festival?? I'll be racing sat morning, it's my first sport race so I'll be the one resting on the side of the trail, then hanging out in the park. I don't have lights so I can't ride Fri night, oh well. Hope to see you there.

Unfortunately, no. To be honest, the crowds kind of scared me. Have the day off, and figured it would be nice to get away. Going to test my legs and bring the SS. Does the festival start Friday night? I didn't realize it was an actual race. Where are they racing?

Fri is a short night ride. Race is on the new trails in the Fort Valley trail system. It kind of parallels hwy 180 out to snowbowl road, comes down lower moto. This is the first time they are holding a race. The thing I like about this event, no crowds. It's still to new I guess. Last year it was just a few dozen mtbikers hanging around eating bbq and listening to music, perfect. Anyways, a lot of people don't like to pay money to ride something they can ride for free, but it's a good cause, etc. etc.

Have fun on the trails!!
