Is there clearence for this tyre (conti vert 2.3) on an epic frame, or does it all jam up with mud. The 2.1 Fasttrak Pros seem fairly close already(i think they're 2.1's)

I've heard that the conti verts are narrow for a 2.3 though so may be ok?

They most likely will....

The Conti Vert actually measure about 2.2. That and specialized tires are know to be either actual stated size or a bit bigger. I use Conti Verts on my stumpy with no problem. The 2.0 Resolutions that came on the bike are actually about the same width and taller from rim to tread crown. The Conti's might be a tad snug in the Epic rear end, but they should be okay.

Wll i just bough some and fitted them! They're fine, about same size as the fast traks, so conti's must be narrow for their stated width! Maybe they measure them differently os something.

Just got to go try them on a ride now
