'cus I like the Horse Link (sorry... read too many Homer posts when Turner moved the pivot)

I took it for the maiden voyage yesterday. Took a couple of groms up Oat Hill and bombed down. even mustered some gnads and hit a jump and a drop/ chute... Now I just need a way to get it to Oaktown!

Oh... you'll notice I forgot to cut the hoses BEFORE I got fluid in the system... beer AFTER bike building Dennis...AFTER!!!

I like having lots of different bikes - keeps me from getting bored/burnt.

DH bikes are pure fun. DH bikes are the only bikes where drinking and riding is ok.( :skep: ) It might actually be a pre-requisite!

9"... I wanted an M1, but this frame was a rediculous deal with many of the same features.

As soon as I can figure out how to get it to the East Bay... we shuttle!

How'z it pedal? I never road a Romic - but my M1 is pretty much the same bike as yours... and it pedals like doing step aerobics on a full size trampoline.

I'm trading it in for a Foes Fly - steeper seat tube and Curnutt shock. Pedals very similarly to my FXR - only 12 pounds heavier!

It must be made for coasting 'cuz it pedals like shite until I'm going really fast on really rocky stuff. then i don't notice ... step aerobics on a trampoline... yeah, that's it! I'll give it a chance. it sure is a lot different than riding a 29er HT!

The Fly is outta control... Floating brake? I'm told that makes a night and day difference on that frame.

The foes is kinda like that. Goes downhill like a goat after fresh cleaned linens hanging out to dry. You ever had a goat? Them beyatches'll eat anything!

So, after stealing 2 AA's from the missus, my camera is working again.

200? Foes Fly, Sram, 8 Speed, Race Face Atlas with double front rings and a bash guard, 888, Chris King, blingedy, blobbedy, booyah!

Took her for a spin yesterday. She's a pig, but pedals way better than the M1 - while going down just as well.

I have a bit of wood for the new Bullit, though not the biggest SC fan. Some grom already wants my Recoil frame... this could work nicely for me! Of course if SC says they'll release that frame in March, we won't see it until Sept.
