Hello -- I have a Rock Shox Pilot fork that has these plastic screws (they seem threaded) where the v-brake bosses would screw into. I pulled one out but it was messy. Is there an easier method for removing them?

I had to pull them out in chunks as they would not easily be removed. I think Rock Shox just assumed the person would be using the disc brakes and attempted to permanently plug up the holes.
