Thinking about a DTSwiss HVR shock for my trusted Uzzi SL, replacing an older Fox vanilla Air RC.
This puppy has bearings in the mounting eyes, as we all know.
Does anyone know to what extent this makes the rear end less stiff?
Can this be countered by losing the QR's for bolt-on skewers? Or will it put even more flex in the rear system?

No, but if I were you I would have just sent the Fox vanilla RC to "Push Industries" for an overhaul. That would be the ticket to a sweet handeling SL.

cost wise, these are more or less equal options.
at the risk of hijacking my own thread: anyone to compare a pushed fox with a DT hvr?
