I have an Uzzi SL with 3 travel option link plate (4, 4,5 & 5 inch).
The shock is vanilla RC 6,5 x 1,75 inch stroke and the spring is 650 pound.
What i'd like to ask you guys are:
1. Can i use the bottom hole of the linkage plate to achieve 5 inch of travel and reducing the bb height if i use softer spring for my weight (70 kg)?
2. What is the ideal spring rate to achieve 5 inch of travel for my weight?
Anybody ever have experience with this? please share with me.
Thank you.

The Uzzi SL has roughly 4.5" of travel in all the three holes on the linkage. The holes are there to allow you to change the BB height and head tube angle.

If you want more travel, you'll have to make another hole in the link plates, closer to the front triangle...

I'm confused....I have the SL link that I run on my tracer and it has just two holes...one on tiop of the other. I was told that both with yiled only 4.5 inches and each hole will steepen or slacken the head tube angle....
