Just got my fork (Fox Float 100 RLC - two years old) back from an overhaul by Push. I need to set it up. I weigh 162 lbs with all gear on. Most of the riding where the shock will be necessary will be big hits (rocks and mini boulders). Suggestions on how many pounds of air pressure, and where to set the rebound and compression dials. Any help would be most appreciated!! I'd like it to really soak up the hits, but want to be able to get a firm lockout as there is a lot of fire road climbing without obstacles.
